Yes, you are kind and respectful to others. Yes, you care about their feeling. Yes, you try to make them happy with your efforts. There is nothing bad in it. . But what if your this habit becomes obsession. And that destroys your own self-esteem and mental health. Starting from frustration, to feeling helpless in expressing on thoughts and opinion. It all happens when you ignore your own happiness for people. Be kind always to people but not at cost of your own self-esteem. Set boundaries and stick to them, that's a fair deal. Moreover, you don't need to prove your worthiness to every person. We can't satisfy all of them. So it's good to set the boundaries and never drop the head.

 When do we feel anxious??

The answer is Uncertainty!!!

Most of us when encounter an uncertain event, feel anxious.

- Students uncertain of their results FEEL ANXIOUS!

- Parent uncertain of their child's future FEEL ANXIOUS!

- An employee uncertain of his promotions FEEL ANXIOUS!

- Lovers uncertain of their relationship FEEL ANXIOUS!

- While facing a financial crisis we all FEEL ANXIOUS!


In all these cases there is some uncertain event that respondents aren't sure of. It's like walking in a dark room and afraid of being hit and falling off.

That's what anxiety does to our mind. It creates a dark room environment inside and restrict you to see things clearly. That's the unwanted baggage we hold for things what isn't happened or probably won't happen.


Light up your mind and identify what's bothering you. Don't be anxious but take actions. Actions would fill you with positivity. Remember anxiety makes our mind numb, so get out of this by taking actions.

Somewhere we all know the reason of our anxiety, so don't run from it and rather face it.
