People Pleaser

Yes, you are kind and respectful to others. Yes, you care about their feeling. Yes, you try to make them happy with your efforts. There is nothing bad in it. . But what if your this habit becomes obsession. And that destroys your own self-esteem and mental health. Starting from frustration, to feeling helpless in expressing on thoughts and opinion. It all happens when you ignore your own happiness for people. Be kind always to people but not at cost of your own self-esteem. Set boundaries and stick to them, that's a fair deal. Moreover, you don't need to prove your worthiness to every person. We can't satisfy all of them. So it's good to set the boundaries and never drop the head.

Hey ! Stronger....

There are problems, yes they're harsh on you. But don't panic , not everything needs to be fixed forcefully. Take your time, let yourself digest it and then act over it. If you learnt something new , it's never a waste of time. Failures will be there but what's more important is you are out of your comfort zone...kuddos. Don't ever let yourself stuck in moments. Remember, a stagnant water becomes unfit to drink sooner. "Just move on" , these 3 words you should remember always. Hey , you deserve it ok...you do deserve love in return. If you give respect and love to others then you have every right to be treated same. Never compromise on that. Okay, forgive them...but that doesn't mean to rebuild relations. Forgiving is an act to remove all the toxicity from your head and heart. Don't put it back there just for the sake of rebuilding relationships. Recovering is never linear. " One day you will feel good and other day would feel low". Don...

Comment please ????

Image
Sometimes consciously/unconsciously we pass comment on certain things that might increase bitterness in relationships. May be we don't mean to hurt someone but still words are words. The other person might not react instantly but a bad impression of yours is been already made. Having control on your tongue is really a wisdom. Our words are what make us wise or a villian. It's been seen people talking too much often make mistakes like "asking an uncomfortable question or remark". That's why intelligent people speak less hence have good control on their tongue and make less mistakes. Make sure your words add value than being a waste. Practice consciousness and take your words seriously. That's what make you look and feel responsible and full of empath. Good Luck Dear Gentle Readers💖

Hey Emotions !

Image
Studies have shown that suppressing emotions actually endangers our health and well-being, both physically and psychologically. How to regulate your emotions: ➡️ Feel the feeling in real time. ➡️ Identify what you are feeling. ➡️ Accept your emotions. On one level, emotions are like energy waves, varying in shape and intensity, just like ocean waves. Their nature is to arise and pass away pretty quickly, like all natural phenomena. ➡️ Breathe: Slow down. Deep breathing exercises can help to ground ourselves and take a step back. ➡️ Journaling: Write down your feelings. Ask yourself what these feelings are telling you? ➡️ Find a way to express the feeling safely. Cry, scream, dance... What would you like to add to the list? Repressing the emotion doesn’t make the emotion go away, it just stays inside us causing more pain. So,

We Are All Different!

Worried you're not like 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 else? Guess what?............. That's a reason for experiencing anxiety, because a worry that has seemingly no solution causes you stress, or an unachievable expectation causes you stress, because there's no way you can be like everyone else, and if you spend your time and energy on trying to achieve that, you'll end up feeling sad, because that's not you. You get lost in that belief. Actually, You're not supposed to be like 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 else. Each and every one of us are an individual gift in the world to enjoy and celebrate our uniqueness.❤ Say to yourself 🗣𝗙𝗲𝗮𝗿 causes anxiety 🗣I'm not worried or fearing others opinion 🗣If I worry about that I'll be living the lives of millions of others opinions and not my own life. 🗣I have no 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝗿 of being me 🗣I am unique 🗣I am me 🗣There's only one me 🗣I am precious 🗣I will embrace myself when nobody else didn't Everytime you say this you'll ...

Say NO !

Image
How often do you say NO to the things you don't actually want? Are you a silent - yet yelling acceptor? Okay so can we make saying "No" to plans normal. People do have their own comfort level while indulging in unanimous plans, whether it's a party or a trip. There are factors attached that need to have a green signal of my intuition before I say "Yes". After all, I have all the liberty to choose my own experiences and moments. And if something felt like a blockage then I have all the rights to drop the plan/idea. People do have the right  to drop the plans and say "NO" - If they don't feel comfortable with someone's presence. - Don't judge them if they drop the plan because they don't want to deal with people and just need a peaceful time. - They have priorities. Having a different plan for themselves shouldn't be judged. - If they feel anxious with any environment or group of people then it's ok to say "No". How ...

Crab Mentality

Image
People facing traumas and other mental problems are often judged. Usually on:- - Work capacity - Energy - Social stance - Habits - Behavior And on many such things. We always find something unusual about them(unacceptable too). But wait...why don't we realize they aren't in their natural condition.. Exactly!! No normal person, enjoying his/her natural conditions would behave like that. Just look at the wider picture and the conditions he might be in. May be he's living in "Crab mentality" where his own thoughts pulling him down. May be he's been with certain people who never let him escape and be back to normal. We being a privileged one and in our natural conditions shouldn't judge him. Who knows how we would've been reacted while in same bowl of crabs. So it should be understood that it's just been in unfortunate, unprivileged and unnatural conditions. They would be okay sooner or later, when times will improve.

Say No to "GUILTY"

Image
People with kind hearts share one common attire, and that's "feeling Guilty" easily. It's an unknown regret that keeps bothering your mental peace for mistakes and decisions you made. Possibly while:- • Leaving a toxic job • Declining a phone call • Doing what's best for you • Saying 'No' to others • Working for dreams and aspirations The thought of becoming selfish hits first and along with that comes 'Guilt'. Yes, that sucks and eats you up. But hey, just wait and look at the bigger picture. Our life is full of decisions and we make them everyday. Each one of us have unique thought making process and hence unique decisions. It isn't selfish but aligned to life journey we had till now. The bad/good experiences of life formed our mind in a way where it could find mental peace in its own unique way. Believe me, you don't need to feel guilty while taking all above mentioned decision. You have the right to find your mental stability and take ...

I Love Me

Image
So, maybe nobody loves me. Maybe nobody will ever love me. But maybe it’s not about being loved by somebody else. The one you loved didn’t love you back. or perhaps, they left saying you were too much or not enough for them. You loved them more than you ever loved yourself, and they broke your heart. It hurt. It hurt bloody too much. it was like bees stinging every part of your body for a long time. Whenever you felt lonely, you loved people just to feel less alone. Often, you loved the wrong ones. Sometimes, you loved the ones who had said they would not stay. you loved all – because something was better than nothing. But as it is with all wounds, you got used to the pain. You got used to the absence of love. You became this person who stopped seeking love. you started growing up. You started doing things on your own. from going to the movies to going out for a walk, you started doing it all alone. And after a point, you started liking it, too.  You don’t need someone to lov...

Mother - one & only real warrior

Image
A mother's heart is the only place where you’ll live forever , for she was the beginning of your story, your first home and perhaps the only home you can call yours. From the moment she held us in her arms to the day our body ceases to work, only a mother herself would know of the strength it takes to prepare us for all the curves that life throws at us.  The sacrifices they happily make every single day makes me wonder how I even have the audacity to quibble about my trivial life issues. And then I remember, before she knows of the heart that beats within her, she too was a little girl with faults of her own kind. She was scared, gentle, and breakable, none of which you will ever know, because from your first breath to her very last and perhaps beyond, she was the only one who held you fearlessly, your constant shoulder to lean on, your strongest shield and the author of all your favourite stories.  She'll always put your life before hers but somewhere along the lines, her ha...

Differently Abled Woman

Image
When I was a small kid I used to deeply think why girls/women are treated differently in most aspects. There were times when I wished I could be a man in my next birth. I know stories were my friends used to share with me about how badly they want to do those things that a boy could do. Now I giggle at my old meek thoughts because now I only wish to be a woman in my next birth. This isn’t just about me or my schoolmates, most of the girls out there would’ve at least wondered why they are treated differently. Some may say it’s because girls are really special- a one of a kind angelic and pure. I wonder what makes women so angelic from the rest of the men population! So when and how a woman is treated differently? Generalizing from my childhood and that of other known facts, treating differently starts from our home. Women are mostly expected to do what they are asked to do so. Indian society blatantly believes that the goodwill of a family depends on the female members of a family...
