People Pleaser

Yes, you are kind and respectful to others. Yes, you care about their feeling. Yes, you try to make them happy with your efforts. There is nothing bad in it. . But what if your this habit becomes obsession. And that destroys your own self-esteem and mental health. Starting from frustration, to feeling helpless in expressing on thoughts and opinion. It all happens when you ignore your own happiness for people. Be kind always to people but not at cost of your own self-esteem. Set boundaries and stick to them, that's a fair deal. Moreover, you don't need to prove your worthiness to every person. We can't satisfy all of them. So it's good to set the boundaries and never drop the head.

There are problems, yes they're harsh on you. But don't panic , not everything needs to be fixed forcefully. Take your time, let yourself digest it and then act over it. If you learnt something new , it's never a waste of time. Failures will be there but what's more important is you are out of your comfort zone...kuddos. Don't ever let yourself stuck in moments. Remember, a stagnant water becomes unfit to drink sooner. "Just move on" , these 3 words you should remember always. Hey , you deserve it ok...you do deserve love in return. If you give respect and love to others then you have every right to be treated same. Never compromise on that. Okay, forgive them...but that doesn't mean to rebuild relations. Forgiving is an act to remove all the toxicity from your head and heart. Don't put it back there just for the sake of rebuilding relationships. Recovering is never linear. MIS-interpretation

Sometimes the words we say and the meaning other person interpret differs. But the small mis-interpretation leads to big havoc. Obviously we don't mean to but we never tried to clarify as well. In an effective communication we notice several things, including reactions of the listener. And in most cases, we guess easily where the reactions were different. But the problem starts when we ignore the fact. Clarification won't make you sound wrong. Yes, you didn't mean it but the listener isn't in sync to your exact words and their meanings. An effective communicator would rather act and ask if there's something wrong. Your this simple concern can evolve you as a communicator. Communication is all about words and interpretations, and both the parties are responsible to validate them if required. Acting before damage is done is real smart thing. Heavy under Anxiety????

 When do we feel anxious?? The answer is Uncertainty!!! Most of us when encounter an uncertain event, feel anxious. - Students uncertain of their results FEEL ANXIOUS! - Parent uncertain of their child's future FEEL ANXIOUS! - An employee uncertain of his promotions FEEL ANXIOUS! - Lovers uncertain of their relationship FEEL ANXIOUS! - While facing a financial crisis we all FEEL ANXIOUS! In all these cases there is some uncertain event that respondents aren't sure of. It's like walking in a dark room and afraid of being hit and falling off. That's what anxiety does to our mind. It creates a dark room environment inside and restrict you to see things clearly. That's the unwanted baggage we hold for things what isn't happened or probably won't happen. Light up your mind and identify what's bothering you. Don't be anxious but take actions. Actions would fill you with positivity. Remember anxiety makes our mind numb, so get out of this by taking actions.

Grow as you like!

 Nature teach us alot. One of the wisdom it share is "Grow as you like". Amid all the social boundaries, somewhere we forgot our natural instincts. We no longer realize what our actual powers are in. How we came to this? What stopped us to leave the natural way of growing and adapt illogical social norms? One thing is very clear. You can't grow with same exposure while moving away from your natural instincts. Afraid of the rejections, or heartbreaks did changed you but is this change worth? Are you really becoming what you wanted? Are you doing justice to the talent you have? Are you growing in the direction you dreamed of? Ask yourself and find out the answers. At least, you can't pretend to yourself.  These are some very important questions, in fact eye openers. Give yourself time and think about this. Nothing gonna change until you make it happen.
