Yes, you are kind and respectful to others. Yes, you care about their feeling. Yes, you try to make them happy with your efforts. There is nothing bad in it. . But what if your this habit becomes obsession. And that destroys your own self-esteem and mental health. Starting from frustration, to feeling helpless in expressing on thoughts and opinion. It all happens when you ignore your own happiness for people. Be kind always to people but not at cost of your own self-esteem. Set boundaries and stick to them, that's a fair deal. Moreover, you don't need to prove your worthiness to every person. We can't satisfy all of them. So it's good to set the boundaries and never drop the head.

A woman is like a tea bag ?????

One of the best quotes from Eleanor Roosevelt that describes woman perfectly. It means that you never know how much mental strength and perseverance a woman really have until problems or troubles arise in her life. Problems can be either mental or physical like; betrayal/cheating from a person she loved the most, questioning her individuality, abuse in the name of love, lack of loyalty and so on. In relation to a tea bag, the longer you let a tea bag set in a hot water, the stronger the flavor of the tea will become. This reminds you that no matter what you go through in life, you will come out of top.

We all have days when we feel like we can't do something, or moments in our lives where we feel like everything hinges on just one moment. But guess what- You will never know how strong you are until you are not given a choice. Women are silent warriors.

 When do we feel anxious?? The answer is Uncertainty!!! Most of us when encounter an uncertain event, feel anxious. - Students uncertain of their results FEEL ANXIOUS! - Parent uncertain of their child's future FEEL ANXIOUS! - An employee uncertain of his promotions FEEL ANXIOUS! - Lovers uncertain of their relationship FEEL ANXIOUS! - While facing a financial crisis we all FEEL ANXIOUS!
