Yes, you are kind and respectful to others. Yes, you care about their feeling. Yes, you try to make them happy with your efforts. There is nothing bad in it. . But what if your this habit becomes obsession. And that destroys your own self-esteem and mental health. Starting from frustration, to feeling helpless in expressing on thoughts and opinion. It all happens when you ignore your own happiness for people. Be kind always to people but not at cost of your own self-esteem. Set boundaries and stick to them, that's a fair deal. Moreover, you don't need to prove your worthiness to every person. We can't satisfy all of them. So it's good to set the boundaries and never drop the head.

 Do you think there is a certain age at which maturity sets in? Could it be 20? 40? 70? In my personal experiences, I've observed that age has little or nothing to do with it. I have met young people who are mature well beyond their years, and I've known older folks who act childish.


If you ask a dozen of people what actually maturity means, you will get a multi dozen of answers. Definition of maturity changes from person to person. Well, let me share you my views on maturity.

Maturity is the ability to think, speak and act your feelings within the bounds of dignity.

 Its about;

  • the way you see and understand things
  • the way you consider others
  • the way you communicate
  • the way you react
  • the things you value
  • the things you entertain
  • Ultimately, it is the way you represent yourself !
Talking less, stubborn nature, selfishness ..................... these are all antonyms of maturity(my personal opinion). Being matured never demands you to be strict always or to speak less. Our maturity is measured by the way we act on different situations in our own life. 

Some people use to say, you will get matured as you gets older. But in fact, maturity is not dependent on age, maturity solely depends upon life experiences. Our life journey, our life experiences greatly influence our attitude, our attitude greatly influence our degree of maturity. Some people may act immature but trust me they are matured enough to take decisions over their life.



Finally, never advice someone to show some maturity. Because maturity can't be imposed to someone or learnt from somewhere. Nobody can sleep and wake up with maturity. It has to come with life experiences and better understandings.

I just wanted to tell you something's' which I have learned so far briefly  1. LOVE YOURSELF JUST THE WAY YOU ARE. You don't have to find the meaning of, perfection,  in someone else's dictionary to fit in their lives. Stop being unhappy with yourself. You may not be perfect in other's view but you are perfect for yourself.  Your quirks, your flaws, your imperfections................they  make you "you" and "you" are just amazing inside and out.  When do we feel anxious?? The answer is Uncertainty!!! Most of us when encounter an uncertain event, feel anxious. - Students uncertain of their results FEEL ANXIOUS! - Parent uncertain of their child's future FEEL ANXIOUS! - An employee uncertain of his promotions FEEL ANXIOUS! - Lovers uncertain of their relationship FEEL ANXIOUS! - While facing a financial crisis we all FEEL ANXIOUS! In all these cases there is some uncertain event that respondents aren't sure of. It's like walking in a dark room and afraid of being hit and falling off. That's what anxiety does to our mind. It creates a dark room environment inside and restrict you to see things clearly. That's the unwanted baggage we hold for things what isn't happened or probably won't happen. Light up your mind and identify what's bothering you. Don't be anxious but take actions. Actions would fill you with positivity.
