Yes, you are kind and respectful to others. Yes, you care about their feeling. Yes, you try to make them happy with your efforts. There is nothing bad in it. . But what if your this habit becomes obsession. And that destroys your own self-esteem and mental health. Starting from frustration, to feeling helpless in expressing on thoughts and opinion. It all happens when you ignore your own happiness for people. Be kind always to people but not at cost of your own self-esteem. Set boundaries and stick to them, that's a fair deal. Moreover, you don't need to prove your worthiness to every person. We can't satisfy all of them. So it's good to set the boundaries and never drop the head.

Power of positivity


Imagine, you planned to go to Maldives(any of your dream destinies), your first and foremost foreign trip. On the very next day, at this moment, you will be flying to the wonderful land of blues. You are super excited. Suddenly, you got a message that all the flights to Maldives are cancelled due to some reasons. What would you do? Will you call the airlines and then shower all your anger? Will you choose to be depressed for the next few days? To be honest, we can't predict the way we respond in such a situation but remember one thing,  if not today, definitely on some other day; Maldives won't run away anywhere !

Positive thinking is a mental and emotional attitude of expecting good and favorable results, and not getting discouraged when plans do not proceed as expected. A positive frame of mind brings more harmony and happiness, improves relationships, and attracts success into your life. It is a mindset that you can build up. Such people, are confident that they can overcome any obstacle and difficulty they might face.

Positive thinking is not a concept that everyone believes and follows. Some, consider it as nonsense, and scoff at people who believe in it. However, there is a growing number of people, who accept the power of positive thinking as a fact, and believe in its effectiveness. If you are naturally positive, then the way you approach and handle situations attracts positive results. On the other hand, if you are fearful and negative, then you except negative results, and behave, look, and talk accordingly. Then you reap troubles. Its okay to fail as failure is the stepping stone to success. If you won, you just won, obviously it is a great thing; similarly if you lost, you gain experience. 


Avoid sentences like 'I wish I could have' or 'I wish I should have'. Past is gone and future comes when it comes. Present is what we have so we must make the most out of it. Be natural and be happy with what you are and what you have. Focusing on what you have will make give you more happiness instead of pondering over what you lack. Think +ve and be +ve
