If you find that your ππ΅πΌππ΄π΅ππ are like....."I should be doing more " and ....π
- "I can't rest"
- "I'll never find love"
- "I have to be strong all the time"
- "There is something wrong with me"
- "Everyone, they're all the same"
- "There is no point"
- "Nothing I do will matter"
- "Nothing changes, nothing will change"
- "I'll do that thing I want to do later"

π±These are just a few of the thousands of thoughts that we could be experiencing, that are normal, but do not help us. They come from somewhere for sure, past experiences, the way you viewed that situation with the limited information you had at the time. From other's beliefs, words, actions.
But, they don't help you, and are limiting, will stop you acting in your best interests, will stop you from connecting, cause negative feelings & behavior that would probably cause more of the same.
π±I strongly believes that our thoughts are learnt, so that we can intervene & rewrite them.
So if you find that you are having a negative critical thought, you can speak back to it,
- "I'm not sure where this comes from but its not helping me."
- "I want.(positive outcome) to change where I live"
- "I am open to it"
- "I will work in what I am in control of my ideas, words, actions"
- "I could make a plan of what needs to happen & act that plan. "
- "If I come across more challenge of things, I don't know, but definitely I'll learn them."
- "I can change i can make that change happen"
