๐ฑThese are just a few of the thousands of thoughts that we could be experiencing, that are normal, but do not help us. They come from somewhere for sure, past experiences, the way you viewed that situation with the limited information you had at the time. From other's beliefs, words, actions.
But, they don't help you, and are limiting, will stop you acting in your best interests, will stop you from connecting, cause negative feelings & behavior that would probably cause more of the same.
๐ฑI strongly believes that our thoughts are learnt, so that we can intervene & rewrite them.
So if you find that you are having a negative critical thought, you can speak back to it,
