Yes, you are kind and respectful to others. Yes, you care about their feeling. Yes, you try to make them happy with your efforts. There is nothing bad in it. . But what if your this habit becomes obsession. And that destroys your own self-esteem and mental health. Starting from frustration, to feeling helpless in expressing on thoughts and opinion. It all happens when you ignore your own happiness for people. Be kind always to people but not at cost of your own self-esteem. Set boundaries and stick to them, that's a fair deal. Moreover, you don't need to prove your worthiness to every person. We can't satisfy all of them. So it's good to set the boundaries and never drop the head.

 When do we feel anxious?? The answer is Uncertainty!!! Most of us when encounter an uncertain event, feel anxious. - Students uncertain of their results FEEL ANXIOUS! - Parent uncertain of their child's future FEEL ANXIOUS! - An employee uncertain of his promotions FEEL ANXIOUS! - Lovers uncertain of their relationship FEEL ANXIOUS! - While facing a financial crisis we all FEEL ANXIOUS! In all these cases there is some uncertain event that respondents aren't sure of. It's like walking in a dark room and afraid of being hit and falling off. That's what anxiety does to our mind. Raise your words, not your voice !

 This quote is by Jalal ad-Din Muhammad Rumi, a Persian poet. It means that one should not raise voice and use bad words no matter how tense the situation is. Instead, raise the impact of your words, let them have meaning and let them refelect you so that it fills up others heart with love, not hatred ! We’ve all had heated discussions or arguments where voices were raised or have had moments where we yell at our friends, a family member or our kid. But if you look back at those times, did the yelling actually accomplish anything? Do you think you got your point across to the other person? Were you able to get the result you were looking for? From my experience, I am going to guess that the answer is no. All you do when you raise your voice is get the other person to stop listening to you.
