Yes, you are kind and respectful to others. Yes, you care about their feeling. Yes, you try to make them happy with your efforts. There is nothing bad in it. . But what if your this habit becomes obsession. And that destroys your own self-esteem and mental health. Starting from frustration, to feeling helpless in expressing on thoughts and opinion. It all happens when you ignore your own happiness for people. Be kind always to people but not at cost of your own self-esteem. Set boundaries and stick to them, that's a fair deal. Moreover, you don't need to prove your worthiness to every person. We can't satisfy all of them. So it's good to set the boundaries and never drop the head.

Don't run away !!!!!

Don't run away from matters that are really important. How long we will be silent on issues that affect our life. So much wrong is going on, we can't be that ignorant. I know our opinion may or may not matter to others but that doesn't mean we shouldn't have one.

There is nothing bad to self educate and research about real issues and topics. Ugh, I don't have any info about this so I'll not speak....seriously.... that's not how it works. Your opinion and understanding about the topic matters, may be not for others but at least to your inner self.


When we choose to have silence on real issues, believe me, we loose some part of our true self. Don't ever let that happen. Be a responsible citizen and human.

I just wanted to tell you something's' which I have learned so far briefly  1. LOVE YOURSELF JUST THE WAY YOU ARE. You don't have to find the meaning of, perfection,  in someone else's dictionary to fit in their lives. Stop being unhappy with yourself. You may not be perfect in other's view but you are perfect for yourself.  Your quirks, your flaws, your imperfections................they  make you "you" and "you" are just amazing inside and out. That's enough. 2. DON'T JUST EXIST, LIVE ! Never get too busy in your life to realize what you want from it.  When do we feel anxious?? The answer is Uncertainty!!! Most of us when encounter an uncertain event, feel anxious. - Students uncertain of their results FEEL ANXIOUS! - Parent uncertain of their child's future FEEL ANXIOUS! - An employee uncertain of his promotions FEEL ANXIOUS! - Lovers uncertain of their relationship FEEL ANXIOUS! - While facing a financial crisis we all FEEL ANXIOUS! In all these cases there is some uncertain event that respondents aren't sure of. It's like walking in a dark room and afraid of being hit and falling off. That's what anxiety does to our mind. It creates a dark room environment inside and restrict you to see things clearly. That's the unwanted baggage we hold for things what isn't happened or probably won't happen.
